Foundry room uses two modelling approaches, the hard sand mold and wet sand machine mold. It produces with artificial core, cupola melting pouring of circular casting production. Workshop has 10 sets of large shoot core machine, 2 sets of large air compressor, 1 set of automatic sand processing equipment, 16 sets of wet sand mold molding machine, 2 sets of automatic sand resin sand molding machine, 1set of 3 tons cupola, 1 set of 5 tons cupola. It has ability to produce 50 tons of casting production each day.
